Major Incident Reporting Guidelines definition
Major Incident Reporting Guidelines means the Final Report on the revised guidelines on major incident reporting under PSD 2, EBA/GL/2021/03, 21 June 2021. “Platform Requirements & Reporting List” means the “Platform Requirements & Reporting List” setting out the requirements the Customer has to comply with in relation to its use of the Embedded Finance Solution. “Partner Services” means the services outsourced by Okoora to Customer and more particularly described and set forth in Annex A. “Partner Service Fee” means the service fee set out in Clause 5. “Partner Service Levels” means the service levels set forth in Annex A. “Partnership Terms” means these partnership terms. “Payment Services Regulations” means, - the Payment Services Regulations 2017, as amended from time to time. - Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market, amending Directives 2002/65/EC, 2009/110/EC and 2013/36/EU and Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, and repealing Directive 2007/64/E.
