MAJOR DEAL definition
MAJOR DEAL means any agreement commitment or arrangement with respect to the FIELD of [***] where CAT would agree to engage in a research effort with a third party which is intended to be or by its terms could be exclusive. For purposes of this Section only, "exclusive" at any time means that the agreement, commitment, or arrangement covers at least a majority of known TARGETS with respect to the FIELD of [***], excluding for that purpose [***].
