Major Construction Contract definition

Major Construction Contract means each Construction Contract as to which the Lenders required a consent to assignment be delivered, as set forth on Exhibit E-2.
Major Construction Contract means the General Contractor’s Contract and any other contract or subcontract relating to the construction of the Project, and which contract provides for an aggregate contract price greater than $1,000,000.00.
Major Construction Contract means, with respect to each Property, the Architect’s Contract, the General Contractor’s Agreement, the Sales Agency Agreement, and any other Construction Contract (taking into account all modifications, additions and supplements thereto) with a Major Contractor, Major Subcontractor or Other Design Professional.

Major Construction Contract means any Construction Contract:
Major Construction Contract means the Development Agreement between Borrower and Prestige East Lyme Inc., ("Prestige"), dated as of March 1, 2004, and the Architectural Agreement between Prestige and The Office of Xxxxx X.X. Xxxxx, AIA Architect, p.c. "Contractor" shall mean Prestige as Project manager.

  • Construction Contract means the agreement(s) entered into between the Company and the Construction Contractor(s) for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, completion, start-up, testing, and Commissioning of the Facility, and also includes any amendment to such agreement(s) made from time to time;

For floodplain management purposes, "new construction" means structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures.
