Major Clients definition

Major Clients means the ten (10) largest clients of the Seller utilizing Seller’s mortgage default support services prior to the Effective Time, as measured by the dollar amount of revenue received by the Seller for the twelve-month period ending on December 31, 2007.
Major Clients means the ten (10) largest clients of each of the Sellers, as measured by the dollar amount of revenue received by such Seller for the twelve-month period ending on the Latest Balance Sheet Date.
Major Clients as defined in Section 4.13(a)(i).
