MAISON(S) definition

MAISON(S) means a duplex building erected, or to be erected, on a PARCEL, which building may share a common boundary wall with the building(s) on the adjacent PARCEL(S);

  • Seaplane means a fixed wing aircraft which is designed for taking off and landing on water and includes amphibians operated as seaplanes;
