Maisonette Unit definition
Maisonette Unit means any of the units within Maisonette Building A, Maisonette Building B, Maisonette Building C or Maisonette Building D of the Development designated for residential use and more particularly described in the Second Schedule and the Third Schedule hereto and including, without limitation: (a) flat roof(s), garden(s) and roof(s) held with or forming part of such Maisonette Unit; (b) fence wall(s) (if any) and gate(s) (if any) situated in the garden(s) held with a Maisonette Unit; and (c) (where a Maisonette Unit (“the first-mentioned Maisonette Unit”) has a common wall or a common fence wall which separates its garden from the garden of the adjoining Maisonette Unit (excluding common fence walls on roof level between two adjoining Maisonette Units)) the inner half of the common wall or (as the case may be) the inner half of the common fence wall facing the first-mentioned Maisonette Unit (whereas the remaining part of the common wall or (as the case may be) the remaining part of the common fence wall shall form part of the adjoining Maisonette Unit). For the avoidance of doubt, common fence walls on roof level between two adjoining Maisonette Units shall form part of the Residential Common Areas.
