Examples of Maintenance Tests in a sentence

  • On any date and at any time, the Agent may determine, at its option, the Current Market Value of all or any of the Eligible Maintenance Collateral held by the Agent pursuant to this Agreement as of such date and time and compliance with Collateral Maintenance Tests.
