Maintenance Subscription definition

Maintenance Subscription means paid access to Product Updates and fixes.
Maintenance Subscription means (1) any warranty or guarantee program offered by the original equipment manufacturer for the upkeep of equipment and/or protection against software and/or hardware failure (2) and/or value-added service to provide continuous right for end-user to access proprietary online application and/or download the latest content updates and software enhancements to ensure the optimum operation and upkeep of the system. This service is an obligation of the solution/service provider to allow end-user unlimited accessp on an agreed period including access or download to contents such as/but not limited to the following resources:
Maintenance Subscription means access to Software updates,fixes, tutorial library and self-help documentation which is provided for 1 year term upon payment of License Fee.

Examples of Maintenance Subscription in a sentence

  • Except where the relevant Letter Agreement or PO expressly provides otherwise, the Charges include a Maintenance Subscription for the first Maintenance Term, and the Maintenance Fee will be payable only for subsequent Maintenance Terms if and when taken up by Spark.

  • Where the Maintenance Subscription has lapsed, ▇▇▇▇▇ may reinstate the subscription by giving notice to Supplier, in which case Supplier may invoice Spark for the Maintenance Fee for the next Maintenance Term, and so long as the version of the Software in use at Spark at the time is no more than two Major Releases behind the latest Major Release, Spark will not be required to pay any additional Charge for that reinstatement.

  • A Maintenance Subscription entitles the purchaser to Updates of the Product and access to Product fixes for a period of one (1) year (365 days).

  • SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE, SUBSCRIPTION AND SAAS RENEWALS Software Maintenance, Subscription and SaaS renewals shall be fixed at the agencies prior applicable rates (or lower), with a 0% uplift (no up-lift) and no additional increases, fees or charges added, for the duration of this SLP contract.

  • At Licensee's request, NetGravity will offer maintenance and technical support with respect to the Software under its then current standard Software Maintenance Subscription and Support Agreement, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit B.

  • Thereafter, You may renew Your Maintenance Subscription annually.

  • There is no specific fee for the Support Services (Maintenance Subscription) specified in Section 9.3 provided during the Initial Period.

  • Initial purchase of an Unmetered Product includes a one-year Maintenance Subscription.

  • The Licensor and its suppliers’ entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of the Agreement shall be at the Licensor’s option: (i) return of the purchase price paid for the license or the Maintenance Subscription, if any, or (ii) correction of the defects, “bugs” or errors within reasonable period of time, if possible.
