Maintenance Stage definition

Maintenance Stage means the “Maintenance Stage” referred in the Employer’s Requirement. The “Maintenance Stage” is synonymous with the wordDefects Notification Period” and “Service periodin the contract. 1.1.6.12 Amend by inserting the following new sub clause at the end of sub clause 1.1.6.8
