Maintenance Specification definition

Maintenance Specification means the document at Schedule 2 to the Maintenance Terms;
Maintenance Specification means Exhibit 2 to the Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.
Maintenance Specification means the specifications in Schedule 2. Maintenance Work means work to maintain the quarry Haulage Route as described in the Maintenance Specification, to be carried out by the Developer over the life of the quarry operation. Quarry Haulage Route means the haulage route over the local council road system running continuously from the west boundary of the Quarry Land along Faheys & Bulgins Road, thence along Cornells Road and Bald hills Road back to the intersection with Waterfall Way, illustrated in red on the Haulage Route Map in Schedule 1 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Maintenance Specification

Maintenance Specification means a maintenance specification specified or described in Column (4) of the Table contained in Appendix 5 to Annex 1;
