Maintenance Service Program definition

Maintenance Service Program means a Service Program (defined below) that includes Technical Support, Repairs (both defined below) and, in some cases, additional Services specific to the Service Program.

Examples of Maintenance Service Program in a sentence

  • Lessor has exercised Lessor's option and has contracted for and provides a Preventative Maintenance Service Program for all roof mounted Package Air Conditioning Equipment supplied within the premises.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing or any provision to the contrary herein, Purchaser has no obligation to continue participation in any Maintenance Service Program and any cancellation costs will be at Seller’s expense.
