Maintenance room definition
Maintenance room means a room for the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, heating and other building systems, e.g. boiler rooms, gas and electric meter rooms, elevator control rooms, and workrooms for maintenance employees, but excluding such spaces as janitors' broom closets.
