Maintenance Responsibilities definition

Maintenance Responsibilities means services required for the removal of snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, entrances and exits, designated walkways or other areas specified by Schedule “A”. These services include but are not limited to plowing, hand shoveling, mechanical or manual application of ice melt, and ice scraping.

Related to Maintenance Responsibilities

  • Customer Responsibilities means the responsibilities of the Customer set out in Call Off Schedule 4 (Implementation Plan) and any other responsibilities of the Customer in the Call Off Order Form or agreed in writing between the Parties from time to time in connection with this Call Off Contract;
