Each Yield Maintenance Reserve Fund shall be an Eligible Account, and funds on deposit in the account shall be held separate and apart from, and shall not be commingled with, any other moneys, including without limitation, other moneys held by the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement.
If the Trustee shall also deposit into a Yield Maintenance Reserve Fund any amount not required to be deposited in that account, it may at any time withdraw such amount from that Yield Maintenance Reserve Fund, any provision in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding.

The Seller shall be the owner of the Yield Maintenance Reserve Funds for federal tax purposes.
