Maintenance Package definition

Maintenance Package means a level of support for the Service where BT aims to respond to an incident within four hours, and clear incidents within five hours of the fault being reported.   • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner, or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors. Furniture maintenance product does not include: dusting aids; wood cleaners, and products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning; and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased.
