Maintenance NTP2 definition

Maintenance NTP2 means a written notice issued by TxDOT to DB Contractor authorizing DB Contractor to proceed with the Maintenance Services for the Second Maintenance Term.

Examples of Maintenance NTP2 in a sentence

  • TxDOT shall have no liability to Maintenance Contractor for a failure to issue Maintenance NTP2.

  • TxDOT shall not be entitled to exercise the extension option for the Third Maintenance Term if it did not issue Maintenance NTP2.

  • Upon issuance of Maintenance NTP2 and Maintenance NTP3, as applicable, TxDOT shall notify DB Contractor regarding TxDOT’s election to exercise the LE Option for the applicable Maintenance Term.

  • Upon issuance of Maintenance NTP2 and Maintenance NTP3, as applicable, TxDOT shall notify DB Contractor regarding TxDOT’s election to exercise the Section 2A Option for the applicable Maintenance Term.

  • If TxDOT does not deliver Maintenance NTP2 to Maintenance Contractor by such date, TxDOT shall be deemed to have elected to terminate this Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement, unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing.

  • Under no circumstances shall TxDOT be liable to Maintenance Contractor-Related Entities for any amounts if this COMA terminates because TxDOT elects not to issue Maintenance NTP1, Maintenance NTP2 or Maintenance NTP3.

  • Upon issuance of Maintenance NTP2, TxDOT shall notify the Maintenance Contractor if it elects to exercise the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bike/Pedestrian Bridges Option to include the maintenance of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bike/Pedestrian Bridges in the Maintained Elements for the Second Maintenance Term.

Related to Maintenance NTP2

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Maintenance Outage means the temporary operational removal of the Facility from service to perform work on specific components of the Facility, at a time when the Facility must be removed from service before the next Scheduled Outage in the interest of safety or the prevention of injury or damage to or undue wear and tear on the Facility or any component thereof.
