Maintenance Medication definition

Maintenance Medication means a specific Prescription Medication: 1.) for ongoing therapy of a chronic illness; and 2.) that has been designated as a Maintenance Medication by the Company. You may obtain a list of Maintenance Medications by calling Customer Service.
