Maintenance Materials definition

Maintenance Materials means the Object Code, Source Code and Documentation for error corrections, minor enhancements, updates, and Releases of the Licensed Software supplied or to be supplied by Awardee pursuant to its responsibilities under the warranty or maintenance service provisions of this Agreement.
