Maintenance Management Plan (MMP) definition

Maintenance Management Plan (MMP) means the plan prepared by DB Contractor that defines the processes and procedures for the maintenance of the Project for the Term, as more particularly described in Section 27.2.1 of the Design-Build Specifications. Maintenance Manager shall have the meaning set forth in Section 27.2.3 of the Design-Build Specifications.
