Maintenance Level Service definition
Maintenance Level Service means the service provided, as set forth below, when a Customer identifies a Problem: • “Level 1” is initial service in response to Customer’s request for support in connection with a suspected Problem;
Maintenance Level Service means the service provided when a customer identifies an error.
a. Level 1 is the service provided in response to the customer’s initial phone call identifying and error.
b. Level 2 is the service provided to reproduce and attempt to correct the error or to find that the service provider cannot reproduce the error.
c. Level 3 is the service provided to isolate the error at the component level of the Code. The service provider distributes the Error Correction or circumvention or gives notice if no Error Correction or circumvention is found.
Maintenance Level Service means the service provided, as set forth below, when a Customer identifies a Problem: - "LEVEL 1" is initial service in response to Customer's request for support in connection with a suspected Problem; - "LEVEL 2" is service provided to diagnose and resolve or assist Level 3 in resolving Problems identified by Level 1; and, - "LEVEL 3" is service provided to develop final resolutions for Problems not resolved by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ and Level 2.
