Maintenance Events definition

Maintenance Events means maintenance of GBG’s or the GBG Hoster’s infrastructure, servers, software or other aspects of the Service.
Maintenance Events has the meaning attributed to it in Paragraph 5.1 of the SLA.

  • Maintenance work that may require interruption of the Managed Services ( Maintenance Events) shall not normally be performed during Business Hours.

More Definitions of Maintenance Events

Maintenance Events means maintenance events carried out to the Converge Software as notified to the Customer from time to time that may require interruption to such Converge Software.

Planned Emergency Maintenance Events – Maintenance required due to degradation of service: Of which Customer is notified 48 hours in advance if conditions permit, and That is performed during a maintenance window any day from 3 AM to 6 AM local time of the FSP Hosted Environment at which Customer's Data and Application Software is located. Notice of Planned Emergency Maintenance Events will be provided to Customer's designated point of contact by a method elected by FSP (telephone, email, fax, or pager). Unplanned Emergency Maintenance Events – Maintenance required due to loss of service: FSP will utilize its best efforts to notify Customer in advance if conditions permit.

Related to Maintenance Events

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Maintenance Outage means NERC Event Type MO, as set forth in attached Exhibit B, and includes any outage involving ten percent (10%) of the Facility’s Net Output that is not a Forced Outage or a Planned Outage.
