Maintenance easement definition

Maintenance easement means a binding agreement between the city and the person or persons holding title to a property served by a stormwater facility where the property owner promises to maintain certain stormwater facilities; grants the city the right to enter the subject property to inspect and make certain repairs, or perform certain maintenance procedures on the stormwater control facilities when such repairs or maintenance have not been performed by the property owner; and promises to reimburse the city for the cost should the city perform such repairs or maintenance.
Maintenance easement means a right-of-way, as registered on the title of a lot, granted to use a designated portion of the lot for the maintenance of a building built on the zero lot line on the adjoining lot.
Maintenance easement means and refer to any easement designated “Maintenance Easement” on any plat of the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and duly recorded in the Mecklenburg Public Registry in accordance with the provisions of this Declaration or any easement conveyed by Declarant to the Association and designated as a “Maintenance Easement” in the instrument of conveyance.
