MAINTENANCE DEPOSIT AMOUNT. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the amount required to be reserved on a monthly basis (except for any initial deposits made at the closing of such Mortgage Loan) for certain Borrower Lease Obligations with respect to the related Mortgaged Property which amount will be indicated on the Acknowledgment Agreement relating to such Mortgage Loan.
