maintenance credit definition
maintenance credit means the aggregate of (a) the excess or deficiency of the amount applied in any calendar year for maintenance, renewals and replacements over or under twenty-five per centum (25%) of the gross operating revenues during such calendar year and (b) the amount of such excesses from prior years, less amounts thereof previously utilized as permitted by this Section 40.
