Maintenance Construction definition

Maintenance Construction means all demolition and construction work carried out by or on behalf of Project Co forming part of, required by or in connection with the Maintenance Services or the other Project Scope, but not including the Design and Construction Works or the Belfast MSF Expansion Works.
