Maintenance Company definition

Maintenance Company means the agency, body, company, association or condominium as may be appointed by the Promoter from time to time for the maintenance and upkeep of Renaissance;

Maintenance Company means Global Crossing Network Center Ltd.

Maintenance Company means the Promoter and/or any agency to be appointed by the Promoter for managing the affairs and management post construction until such management is handed over to the Association.

• Establishment and all other expenses of the Association or Maintenance Company (including its formation) and also similar expenses of the Builder or any agency looking after the Common Purposes until handing over the same to the Association excluded the commercial space and the area on the roof earmarked for the Commercial use.

More Definitions of Maintenance Company

Maintenance Company shall have the meaning a scribed to the term in clause 8.2 here to;

Maintenance Company means the organization responsible for providing maintenance services in the Complex till the formation of the Association which could be a division, associate or company of the Promoter;
