Maintenance Closure definition

Maintenance Closure. As part of our annual preventative maintenance program, the LIFECENTER will close for a maximum of 2 weeks. This closure is figured into the membership fee schedule; therefore no adjustments will be made to memberships for closures less than the scheduled two weeks.

Related to Maintenance Closure

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Maintenance Test means the maintenance test set out in Clause 12.1 (Maintenance Test).

  • Maintenance Outage means the temporary operational removal of the Facility from service to perform work on specific components of the Facility, at a time when the Facility must be removed from service before the next Scheduled Outage in the interest of safety or the prevention of injury or damage to or undue wear and tear on the Facility or any component thereof.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Maintenance Program means LESSEE's maintenance program as approved by the Aviation Authority or such other maintenance program as LESSOR may, in its discretion, accept in writing.
