Maintenance Claim means any Claim of a Christian Brother against the Debtors, a Christian Brothers Community, the Province, the Congregation of Christian Brothers, a Christian Brothers School, or the Holy See for support, maintenance, sustenance, charity or care, including but not limited to all such Claims scheduled or filed in the Cases.
