Maintenance and Updates definition

Maintenance and Updates means the provisioning of or changing of services, software, and features relating to the Cloud Platform, correcting Errors, improving performance or other attributes of the Cloud Platform and implementing new releases of the Cloud Platform. "Normal Business Hours" Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM local time for the Client’s selected support region which will be dependent on the geographic location of where the Client purchased its Subscription Period.
