  • Please contact the Company to subscribe to Maintenance and Support Program or should you have any questions concerning the Maintenance and Support Program.

  • If the Maintenance and Support Program is cancelled by Buyer, Supplier is no longer obligated to provide Software Maintenance and Support to Buyer.

  • All Products purchased under this SOW shall be eligible for coverage under Seller’s annual Software Maintenance and Support Program.
