No default by any Obligor exists under any Main Station License to which it is a party and no event has occurred or exists which, with notice or lapse of time or both, would constitute a default by any Obligor thereunder and each such Main Station License has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by each Obligor party thereto and is in full force and effect and has not been amended or modified except as disclosed in writing to Agent.
