Main Port means one of the following: Brisbane, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Fremantle, Hobart, Launceston, Melbourne, Newcastle, Port Kembla, Sydney, Townsville, Broome, Port Hedland, Dampier, Withnell Bay, Xxxxx Beach.
Main Port means any port determined by the Ministry, by notification, as the pivotal port in international maritime transport among the ports defined in sub-section (b);
Main Port means one of the following: Brisbane, Cairns, Darwin, Fremantle, Hobart, Launceston, Melbourne, Newcastle, Port Kembla, Sydney, Townsville, Broome, Port Hedland, Dampier, Withnell Bay, Barry Beach.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3.   • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.
