This arrangement applies whether these self-funded AFEPA students are hosted by the Main Partner institutions under an Erasmus+ Exchange Programme or not.
Note: that interests accruing to these amounts need to be declared and repaid EACEA Employment contracts should ensure equal rights on parental benefits, unemployment benefits, sickness & pension rights according to the national rules of the employing Main Partner.
Such applications are pre-evaluated by this first-year Main Partner institution.
This double Master’s degree consists of two independent Master’s degrees issued by the two hosting Main Partner institutions.
Self-funded students admitted in the AFEPA Master’s programme through the decentralised application procedure pay their annual tuition and administrative fees, if any, directly to the Main Partner institution where they attend their first academic year according to the regulations of the institution, for the entire duration of their Master’s programme.
No Main Partner shall be considered to be in breach of this Agreement if such breach is caused by Force Majeure.
Each Main Partner undertakes to notify promptly, in accordance with the governance structure of the EXTATIC Joint Doctorate Training Programme, any significant information, fact, problem or delay likely to affect the Programme.
Transferee hereby represents and warrants that at the date of signature Transferee is: o a Main Partner o a Permitted Transferee of a Main Partner Transferee understands and agrees that the Applicable Covered Shares are subject to the Transfer Restrictions set forth in the Stock Transfer Agreement, as applicable, and that the Applicable Covered Shares may not be Transferred except in accordance with the Stock Transfer Agreement.
Students enrolled in the first year of the regular Master’s programme offered by a partner institution and leading to the respective degree of that institution as listed in Article 4 §8 of this Agreement, may submit applications for the AFEPA Master’s programme to that Main Partner institution.
While attending their second year in one of the other Main Partner institutions, the same AFEPA Master’s students need to be formally registered as students in the Main Partner institution of their second academic year to obtain their Master’s degree from both Main Partner institutions.
