In such event (A) the Impositions shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord on or before the later of (i) ten (10) days after receipt of a ▇▇▇▇ therefor from Landlord, or (ii) the date on which said Impositions would become delinquent, and (B) Landlord shall pay the Impositions and taxes and assessments on the Premises and such Main Parcel on or before the date any such taxes and assessments would become delinquent.
