Main draw definition

Main draw means the draw pursuant to which the greatest number of big game tags are issued to residents and nonresidents.

  • Non-Extension Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(d).

  • First draw sample means a one−liter sample of tap water that has been standing in plumbing pipes at least 6 hours and is collected without flushing the tap.

The Letter of Credit Subfacility is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility. On the Closing Date, the amount of the Letter of Credit Subfacility is $25,000,000.

  • Interest Drawing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(a).

  • L/C Draft means a draft drawn on an Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.

  • Special Drawing Rights and the symbol “SDR” mean special drawing rights as valued by the International Monetary Fund in accordance with its Articles of Agreement”;

  • Letter of Credit Availability Period the period from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the Letter of Credit Maturity Date.

  • L/C Disbursement means a payment or disbursement made by an Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.

  • Total Facility B Commitments means the aggregate of the Facility B Commitments, being €30,000,000 at the date of this Agreement.

  • L/C Credit Extension means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the issuance thereof or extension of the expiry date thereof, or the increase of the amount thereof.

  • Drawing Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(b) hereof.

  • Record drawing or “as-builts” means a set of reproducible drawings which show significant changes in the work made during construction and which are usually based on drawings marked up in the field and other data furnished by the contractor.

  • credit meter means a meter where an account is issued subsequent to the consumption of electricity;

  • Letter of Credit Maximum Amount means $5,000,000; provided that, on and after the Maturity Date, the Letter of Credit Maximum Amount shall be zero.

  • Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.

  • Facility B Commitment means, with respect to each Facility B Lender, the commitment, if any, of such Lender to make Facility B Revolving Loans and to acquire participations in Facility B Letters of Credit, Facility B Protective Advances and Facility B Swingline Loans, expressed as an amount representing the maximum possible aggregate amount of such Lender’s Facility B Revolving Exposure hereunder, as such commitment may be reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to (a) Section 2.09 and (b) assignments by or to such Lender pursuant to Section 9.04. The initial amount of each Lender’s Facility B Commitment is set forth on the Commitment Schedule, or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender shall have assumed its Facility B Commitment, as applicable. The initial aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Facility B Commitments is $200,000,000.
