MAHS definition

MAHS or “Marketing Authorisation Holder(s)” means any holders of a marketing authorisation for a Medicinal Product with effect on the territory of Belgium and/or Luxembourg, as defined in the Directive and the Delegated Regulation. MAH(s) also includes parallel importers of Medicinal Products in these countries;
