  • Intraday margin; MDF: Payment to the Default Fund for the Share and Equity Derivatives Sections; MAG: Payment to the Default Fund for the Agricultural Commodity Derivatives Section; ▇▇▇: Payment to the Default Fund for the Energy Derivatives Section MMT: Payment to the Default Fund for the Bond, the ICSD Bond and the X- COM Sections.

  • The Monthly MAG Payment shall be adjusted on January 1st of each Year to correspond with the new Minimum Annual Guaranteed Rent (as adjusted herein).

  • If an SSO Supplier receives a Margin Call from AEP Ohio by 1:00 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time on a Business Day, then such SSO Supplier shall post Margin Collateral the following Business Day if posting cash and the second Business Day following the Margin Call if posting a Letter of Credit, unless in each case AEP Ohio agrees in writing to extend the period to provide Margin Collateral.

  • The Minimum Annual Guaranteed Rent shall be increased effective on the Delivery Date of any and all additional areas which become a part of the Premises based on the total number of square feet of all Units contained within such additional Premises and the Monthly MAG Payment shall be similarly adjusted as of such date.

  • Concessionaire pays the greater of the abated MAG Payment ($0) or the Percentage Fee Payment (10% of Gross Receipts), which is due on March 15, 2024.

  • In the event certain Premises are deleted from the Agreement, the MAG Payment , the Percentage Fee Payment and any other rental payments will NOT be proportionally reduced or adjusted, based upon the percentage of Gross Receipts of the deleted Premises compared to total Gross Receipts generated throughout the Airport during the prior twelve (12) month period, to reflect the loss of the Premises.

  • The Concessionaire pays the greater of the unabated MAG Payment or the Percentage Fee Payment (10% of Gross Receipts), which is due June 15, 2024.

  • Nothing in an Abatement Triggering Event will be construed to relieve the obligation of the Concessionaire to pay the greater of the MAG Payment or the Percentage Fee Payment (10% of Gross Receipts), which will be due on the 15th day of the second succeeding month and each month thereafter.

  • In the event certain Premises are deleted from the Agreement, the MAG Payment, and the Percentage Fee Payment will NOT be proportionally reduced or adjusted, based upon the percentage of Gross Receipts of the deleted Premises compared to total Gross Receipt generated throughout the Airport during the prior twelve (12) month period, to reflect the loss of the Premises.

  • The Concessionaire pays the greater of the unabated MAG Payment or the Percentage Fee Payment (10% of Gross Receipts), which is due February 15, 2025.
