Without limitations upon the provisions of Section 2.02 above, the Recipient shall maintain, throughout the Project preparation, a Project management unit (“PMU”) within the MAEP with structure, functions and responsibilities acceptable to the World Bank, and with competent staff in adequate numbers and with qualifications satisfactory to the World Bank.
