MADE Student definition

MADE Student means an Applicant who is successful in obtaining a place to participate in the Program.

Examples of MADE Student in a sentence

  • If a MADE Student withdraws from the Program after signing the Program Student Agreement, all funds paid to the MADE Student by the Steering Group must be reimbursed by the MADE Student to the Steering Group except for costs which have already been reasonably incurred as evidenced by valid receipts.

  • The host Steering Group’s Secretariat may be able to offer assistance by referral to travel and accommodation websites but the ultimate responsibility rests with the MADE Student.

  • MADE Student positions may be cancelled if the MADE Student does not comply (ie to act in accordance with) with these Application and Program Terms and Conditions or the Program Student Agreement and must refund any payment already made to the MADE Student by the Steering Group.

  • If a MADE Student is unable to participate in the Program on the specified dates in full, then the MADE Student must advise the Steering Group as soon as is practicable and the offer by the Steering Group to the MADE Student will be withdrawn and no compensation to the MADE Student is payable.

  • Medical information means any individually identifiable information, in electronic or physical form, in possession of or derived from a provider of health care, health care service plan, pharmaceutical company, or contractor regarding a patient's medical history, mental or physical condition, or treatment and shall have the meaning given to such term under California Civil Code § 56.05.

  • Graduate Student means a student who is in attendance at an institution of higher education and is enrolled in an academic program of instruction above the baccalaureate level. The term includes any portion of a program leading to either a degree beyond the baccalaureate, or a first professional degree when at least three years of study at the pre-baccalaureate degree level are required for entrance into a program leading to such a degree. Students admitted as special/provisional graduate students may be considered as eligible students for one term only if it is anticipated they will enroll in a regular graduate program in the following term.

  • Dependant student means a dependant person who is 21 years or over and:

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products.

  • Proprietary Materials means tangible chemical, biological or physical materials that are furnished by or on behalf of one Party to the other Party in connection with this Agreement, whether or not specifically designated as proprietary by the transferring Party.
