MACROTRON definition
MACROTRON to compete with the Company's and its present or future subsidiaries then current business(es) and (ii) ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ grants the right free of charge to the Company to enable the Company and its present or future subsidiaries to fulfill their obligations under then existing license agreements. Acquirer shall use all legal means to cause Macrotron to transfer or assign the obligations under this Section 6.13 to any third party which acquires the trademark and logo "MACROTRON".
MACROTRON has the meaning specified in the Recitals section of this Agreement.
