Macro Sites definition

Macro Sites means any high-powered wireless telecommunication facility used to serve a major coverage areas of several miles with multiple antennas.

  • The parties intend that the IDP Network shall include 10 macro-cell sites (each hereinafter referred to as a “Macro Site”) and 13 micro-cell sites (each hereinafter referred to as a “Micro Site” and together with the Macro Sites, hereinafter referred to as a “Site”).
