Macro Plan definition
Macro Plan means a MDLZ Macro Plan or an Acorn Macro Plan and “Macro Plans” means all of them;

Without prejudice to the generality of clause 7.5, each Partner may, from time to time, provide to the Reorganisation Committee a written update of its relevant Macro Plan (each such update being a “Steps Update”) identifying any changes in the proposed steps that vary from those set out or contemplated by the previous version of that Macro Plan (each such change a “Steps Change”) in broadly equivalent detail to that set out in its Macro Plan.
