Machine Sales means the gross receipts on the sales of any hardware, systems or upgrades to systems directly related to and covered by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Patents and includes such "Machine Sales" by Startech, its subsidiaries, it licensees, its sublicensees, its lessees, its sublessees, etc.
