Machine License definition

Machine License means the Software is subject to a license fee that is calculated per Machine.
Machine License means a license is dedicated to the computer hardware and operating system on which the Software is loaded (“Designated System”), and on the Designated System a single instance of the Software is only used by a single individual user at any one time.
Machine License means the limited permission and authority strictly defined by and granted under the terms of this Agreement to use the Software and Intellectual Property of Licensor and includes License. The number of Machine Licenses granted to the Licensee is dependent on the License Fees paid by the Licensee and the number of Authorised Machines notified to the Licensor. Person means any natural Person, body corporate, trust, an unincorporated association or an authority or other legal entity and includes their legal Personal representatives (including executors), administrators, successors, substitutes (including by way of novation) and permitted assigns. Protected Code means any source code which Licensor or a third party has taken steps to protect from access. Reseller means an entity selling and distributing Licensor products which is authorised by Licensor to do so.
