Machine Hours definition

Machine Hours is defined in Section 9.1.7.
Machine Hours means the period of time, in hours, used by a Production Line to execute a specific Production Run, including all downtime and machine changeover time associated with such Production Run, but excluding any hours of scheduled downtime.

Examples of Machine Hours in a sentence

  • Machine Hours Allowed: Due to factory delivery, pre-delivery inspection, machine setup and installation of attachments, machines may have hours but should not exceed hour usage guidelines in the warranty administration manual.

  • Machine Hours Not Allowed: Due to factory delivery, pre-delivery, inspection, machine setup and installation of attachments, machines may have minimal hours.

  • The total Included Hours for the Rental Period will be calculated by reference to daily, weekly or monthly rate applicable in accordance with clause 3.2. The Customer must pay for all Machine Hours that exceed the total Included Hours (Additional Hours), such charges for the Additional Hours to be calculated as a pro-rata amount of the daily, weekly or monthly rate applicable in accordance with clause 3.2.

  • Machine Hours Earned = Number of Produced Production Standard Payout = (Machine hours + (Hours Worked) x Braiding Department worked giving weekly shift efficiency.

  • Shareholders who otherwise would be entitled to receive fractional shares because they hold a number of shares of Robocom Common Stock not evenly divisible by the conversion ratio described in the previous sentence, will be entitled to receive one whole share of the common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Surviving Corporation in lieu of a fractional share.

  • Machine Hours Not Allowed: Due to factory delivery, pre-delivery inspection, machine setup and installation of attachments, machines may have minimal hours.

  • In addition to ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s other rights hereunder and not in lieu thereof, Lessee shall pay Lessor additional rent for each hour in excess of the Total Allowable Machine Hours established for the Lease as stated above.

Related to Machine Hours

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • Service Hours means the hours limited in the applicable Notification Form during which the Services are provided, it being understood that different Service Hours can apply for different Services.

  • Support Hours means between 8:30am and 5pm during Monday to Friday excluding standard UK Bank Holidays.
