MAC Coordinator or “MAC Backup Coordinator” means an employee of the contractor assigned MAC RMTS oversight responsibilities and to act as liaison between HCA and the contractor for purposes of a MAC contract.

  • In the event of an inconsistency, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order:  Applicable Federal and State of Washington statutes and regulations;  Special Terms and Conditions;  General Terms and Conditions;  Schedule A – Statement of Work;  Attachment 1 – Federal Compliance, Certification and Assurances;  Attachment 2 – MAC Coordinator Manual; and  Any other provision, term or material incorporated herein by reference or otherwise incorporated.
