  • Other than with respect to Capital Contributions relating to the Initial MAC Support Amount, which shall be governed by Section 2.3 and the MAC Agreement, in the sole discretion of the Board, the Company may offer the Members the opportunity to make additional Capital Contributions to the Company in proportion to their respective Additional Capital Contribution Percentages.
