  • In the event that Licensor, MABT, defaults on provisions of the License Agreement between D▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, LLC and MABT, such default shall not impair the rights and obligations of the Parties to this Agreement, and D▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, LLC, shall fulfill the obligations under this Agreement to Licensee.
