mAb License definition

mAb License means any grant by Compugen to a Third Party of a license or similar right (or an option to obtain a license or similar right or any other right) to develop, use, market and/or sell products comprising or incorporating a Target mAb.

Copyleft Licenses include the GNU General Public License, the GNU Lesser General Public License, the Mozilla Public License, the Common Development and Distribution License, the Eclipse Public License and all Creative Commons “sharealike” licenses.

  • Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.
