MA Plan definition

MA Plan means a qualified Medicare Advantage organization offering MA Programs through an MA Contract.
MA Plan means the one or more MA health benefit plans offered or administered by Health Plan(s) for Medicare beneficiaries and under which Provider renders services to Medicare beneficiaries.
MA Plan means a Medicare Advantage Plan sponsored by a Medicare Advantage Organization, as defined in Laws, including a Medicare Advantage-Prescription Drug Plan as defined in Laws.

  • For purposes of this provision, “Rapid Disenrollment” means the voluntary disenrollment of a Member from an MA Plan or PDP Plan on or before three (3) calendar months after the Member’s initial enrollment effective date; provided, however, when a Member enrolls in an MA Plan or PDP Plan effective October 1, November 1, or December 1, and subsequently changes plans effective January 1 of the following year, this is not considered a Rapid Disenrollment.

  • If a Member voluntarily disenrolls from an MA Plan or PDP Plan within three (3) calendar months of enrollment and the Company has paid any compensation to Agent for such Member, Agent shall refund such compensation paid to Agent and attributable to such Member.

  • The definition of MA Plan includes MA Plans which include prescription drug plan benefits (“MA-PD Plans”).

  • If the Company, in its sole discretion, elects to pay any compensation to Agent prior to receiving CMS confirmation of the enrollment of a Member in an MA Plan or PDP Plan, and CMS does not, in fact, enroll the individual in the MA Plan or PDP Plan, Agent shall promptly refund such compensation paid to Agent and attributable to such individual or Representative.

MA Plan means an individual Medicare Advantage Plan, issued by an Insurance Carrier pursuant to a contract with CMS, which does not include Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage.‌
MA Plan means medical benefits coverage offered under a policy or contract by an MA organization that includes specific set of health benefits offered at a uniform premium and uniform level cost-sharing to all Medicare beneficiary residing in the service areas (or segment of the service area) of the MA plan.
MA Plan means a Medicare Advantage Organization offering Medicare Advantage Plans through an MA Contract. “MA Contract” means the contract between CMS and MA Plan.
MA Plan means a Coordinated Care Plan, PPO Plan or Private Fee for Service Plan. The definition of MA Plan includes any such plan with prescription drug plan benefits, also known as a “MA-PD Plan”.
MA Plan means Capital Advantage Insurance Company, a Medicare Advantage Organization offering Medicare Advantage Programs through an MA Contract.
MA Plan means one or more Medicare Advantage coordinated care plans (i.e., without prescription drug coverage), Medicare Advantage prescription drug plans and stand-alone prescription drug plans offered under a policy, Contract or plan authorized under the Medicare Advantage Program and approved by CMS, in each case, offered by the Company or its Subsidiaries.
MA Plan each means a Medicare Plan that meets the criteria set forth in 42 CFR Subchapter B, Part 422.
